Easy Pha-Max USA is under the umbrella of Easy Pha-Max group of companies. The parent company, Easy Pha-Max Enterprise, was incorporated in Malaysia on 27 March 1996 as a private limited company and commenced business on 1 May 1996. The company currently undertakes the core operations of the Easy Pha-max Bioscience Group, which is the distribution and marketing of products mainly under the Easy Pha-max brand name in the local and international markets.

Easy Pha-max Enterprise was initially involved in the marketing and distribution of Easy Pha-max Bio Fertilizer and Easy Pha-max Bio Dynamic Oil. In 1999, Easy Pha-max paved its way in setting up its own manufacturing plant under the name of TOF to produce a series of health food supplement products under the brand name of Easy Pha-max.

This sealed the company's future in venturing into R&D of bioscience technology. The first health food supplement product created was the Easy Pha-max Wheatgrass Tea and was launched in 2000. Since then, with extensive R&D, Easy Pha-max launched a series of Easy Pha-max brand of wheatgrass-based products. The accelerating demand on its products has encouraged Easy Pha-maxE to expand its product range to other variety of healthcare food products.
